Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (5-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic storage bag; mix well. Seal, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat until hot. Place chicken on pan, discarding excess marinade, and cook 6 to 10 minutes per side, or until no pink remains and juices run clear.
