Let's start off with some basics, of course:
- Run a minimum of 3, maximum of 5 days a week. Starting off at 3 miles and working my way up.
- No more fast food.
- No more soda, which I don't do anyway usually so it won't be too hard.
- MAYBE give up red meat again. I'm going to contemplate it for the rest of the night and get back to this.
- Limit myself to 1.5 hours of internet a day. Probably going to be my hardest resolution... But I spend so much time on here wasting my life away when I should be outside, or reading, or seeing people/the world. It's gotten to a ridiculous point.
- Stop cussing like a sailor. It's a trashy and unladylike habit that needs to go.
- Speaking of habits.. Stop biting my nails and cuticles completely. I've stopped biting my nails for the most part, but I'm still biting around them a lot and it looks awful.
